I think this was outside what used to be The JM Centre. They had planned to tear it down but It's now been refurbished as office space and renamed The Plaza.
It wasn't as pleasant to feel as Jenny had expected!

Lizi was attending a summer school at LIPA this week so I've had quite a bit of time to waste in Liverpool. Taxis and Shopmobility have been useful. There is even a Superlambanana bus route!
